Color Matching
Why doesn’t your reproductions match the print my photographer provided. Printers (injket, laser, etc.) are limited to the amount of colors they can replicate on a sheet of paper. That’s why an image on your monitor looks great but when printed at home it doesn’t look the same. If a pro photographer provided you a print & digital file, we recommend providing both to us since we don’t know how his printer replaced the color. The TV section in Best Buy is a great analogy..Your viewing the same image over 30 different monitors. They all look great, but some have more red or are brighter...etc. The same holds true with injket, laser & photo paper. If matching a print is important, provide us with a sample so we can attempt to match it.

50% cash deposit upon approval of test print. Balance payable by cash or credit card. NO-PROOF PRINTING requires full payment. Approved test prints cannot be cancelled. Need time to think about your test print? Not a problem! We apply the $15 charge if an order is placed of the same image within 7 days.
All orders are stored 2 years upon pickup or shipped. Reordering an image renews storage for another
2 years. Images not reordered within 2 years will be purged and considered a new order.
Orders left over 60 days are considered abandoned
& may be discarded.
Deposits on non-filled order over 60 days
are non-refundable.
Approved Test Prints cannot be cancelled or refunded.
OUT OF TOWN?
We offer an option to mail you a hard copy of your image before we print reproductions.
There’s no additional charge for this service. Request a test & we’ll mail a sample by US Mail for approval. Approve it & your copies are shipped in 24-48 hours via UPS ground.
*If you resubmit or cancel the picture a non-refundable $15 charge will apply.

Postcards & Business Cards offer two types
of finishes...Traditional & Card Stock
Traditional - Printed on medium weight photo paper
Turnaround - Same Day or Next Day
Card Stock - Printed on 14 pt. double sided thick paper
Turnaround - 3 to 6 working days
Model Comp Cards - Printed on 80 lb. Card Stock Paper
